Client: HR SaaS Early Stage
Challenge
Our partner, a rapidly growing HR SaaS company, came to us with a critical need: establish thought leadership and brand awareness in a crowded marketplace. With only 850 LinkedIn followers and minimal engagement, they were struggling to reach their target audience of SaaS HR managers, tech startup founders, and technical recruiters. The company needed a strategic approach to demonstrate their expertise, generate qualified leads, and build a community of engaged professionals. Key performance indicators (KPIs) included follower growth, engagement rate, website traffic from LinkedIn, and lead generation.
+ Solution
We developed and implemented a comprehensive three-month LinkedIn marketing strategy designed to transform their social media presence from the ground up. Starting with a complete LinkedIn page optimization, we refreshed their company profile with compelling messaging, relevant keywords, and professional visuals. We then created a robust content architecture built on four strategic pillars: industry insights, client success stories, educational content, and company culture. We developed a detailed content calendar with a consistent posting cadence of 2-3 times per week, featuring a diverse mix of blog articles, original graphics, short-form videos, and thought leadership posts. Throughout the engagement, we maintained an active presence by participating in relevant industry groups, responding promptly to comments, and fostering meaningful connections with their target audience.
The LinkedIn strategy has been transformational for our brand. Going from 850 to 4,500 followers in just six months exceeded our wildest expectations. More importantly, we’re seeing real engagement from our target audience and quality leads coming through the platform. The strategic approach to content and the consistent execution has positioned us as a credible voice in the HR tech space. This isn’t just about numbers – it’s about building meaningful connections with the people who matter most to our business.

Client: Auto Fintech
Challenge
Our partner came to us to help reimagine their website and shift it from investor-focused to customer-focused. The company needed a new look/feel and a website that made it easy to understand their product offering, a new category. Key performance indicators (KPIs) included unique view growth, time on site, and employee buy-in.
+ Solution
Starting with a messaging and positioning workshop involving key stakeholders, we homed in on the key messages: a better way to pay, time-saving, fraud protection, and how to present them in an easily digestible manner. From there, our graphic designer paired original imagery with the messages to demonstrate graphically how the product worked. We then created wireframes and obtained team buy-in. At this point, our development team took over, bringing the site to life with a flexible build and easy-to-update back end.
Our new website design perfectly encapsulates our company’s mission and offerings in a compelling and intuitive manner. It’s a true reflection of our brand identity and values. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and are confident that it will greatly enhance our online presence and resonate with our audience.

Client: Digital Publication
Challenge
An online publication catering to contemporary mothers faced the challenges of establishing brand credibility and growing its audience at inception in a crowded space. It features fashion, lifestyle, education, and design content and is supported by advertising. Key performance indicators (KPIs) included unique views and ad sales revenue growth.
+ Solution
To address these challenges, several new, at the time, strategic initiatives were implemented:
- Developed and implemented a Pinterest strategy to feature excerpts from articles, tips, and relevant imagery, optimizing pin descriptions and keywords to augment visibility on Pinterest and drive traffic to the website.
- Created a hiring and engagement strategy for freelance authors in the mom space to diversify content and appeal to a broader audience.
- Leveraging the writers’ networks: Capitalizing on the extensive networks of freelance writers through a social media strategy and word-of-mouth plan to increase traffic to the website.
The caliber of the leads we have seen from our sponsored advertising are very high. The clicks are genuinely interested and engaged with our offerings. It’s evident that the website’s audience aligns perfectly with our target demographic, and the results speak for themselves. We look forward to continuing our partnership and further leveraging this valuable source of high-quality leads.
