Challenge
Our partner came to us to help reimagine their website and shift it from investor-focused to customer-focused. The company needed a new look/feel and a website that made it easy to understand their product offering, a new category. Key performance indicators (KPIs) included unique view growth, time on site, and employee buy-in.
+ Solution
Starting with a messaging and positioning workshop involving key stakeholders, we homed in on the key messages: a better way to pay, time-saving, fraud protection, and how to present them in an easily digestible manner. From there, our graphic designer paired original imagery with the messages to demonstrate graphically how the product worked. We then created wireframes and obtained team buy-in. At this point, our development team took over, bringing the site to life with a flexible build and easy-to-update back end.
Our new website design perfectly encapsulates our company’s mission and offerings in a compelling and intuitive manner. It’s a true reflection of our brand identity and values. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and are confident that it will greatly enhance our online presence and resonate with our audience.

Challenge
An online publication catering to contemporary mothers faced the challenges of establishing brand credibility and growing its audience at inception in a crowded space. It features fashion, lifestyle, education, and design content and is supported by advertising. Key performance indicators (KPIs) included unique views and ad sales revenue growth.

To address these challenges, several new, at the time, strategic initiatives were implemented:
- Developed and implemented a Pinterest strategy to feature excerpts from articles, tips, and relevant imagery, optimizing pin descriptions and keywords to augment visibility on Pinterest and drive traffic to the website.
- Created a hiring and engagement strategy for freelance authors in the mom space to diversify content and appeal to a broader audience.
- Leveraging the writers’ networks: Capitalizing on the extensive networks of freelance writers through a social media strategy and word-of-mouth plan to increase traffic to the website.
